After completing the family survey by the Union Social Worker / Technical Instructor in the village selected by the Upazila Project Implementation Committee and forming a task force with the family members belonging to group A and B, 20 social activities were completed by informing each party member. After scrutinizing the applications of the loan candidates proposed from the village committee or working group, the draft list along with the application form is submitted by the concerned social worker / technical trainer and the collected savings project is submitted to the bank of the village or working group. He submitted the prepared draft list, application form, along with the recommendation for examination by the Scheme Field Supervisor to the Upazila Social Service Officer. After that the Upazila Social Service Officer organized a meeting of UPIC and approved the loan. Finally a place to distribute loan checks / cash among selected borrowers,

The loan has to be disbursed within 30 days of approval at the UPIC meeting after the application following the proper procedure in the prescribed form.

Group A: Those with average family income up to Rs. 50,000 / -

 

Group B: Those with average family income of Rs. 50,001 / - to Rs. 60,000 / -

 

Group C: Those whose average family income is above 80,001 / -

 

Group C families can avail other benefits besides loan facility

After the formation and training of maternity center by the union social worker / technical trainer, each member is informed about 20 social activities. After that the loan application of the loan candidates is checked and selected, the draft list along with the application form is submitted and the savings are collected and submitted to the bank. The draft list of applications received was prepared on the recommendation of the Field Supervisor. After convening the meeting of UPIC by the Upazila Social Service Officer and approving the loan, the beneficiaries are informed about the place, date of distribution of loan check / money and the distribution activities are completed.

The loan has to be disbursed within 30 days of approval at the UPIC meeting after the application following the proper procedure in the prescribed form.

Maternal centers should be set up with rural destitute women aged 15-49 years through family surveys.

 

Must have the mental preparation to actively volunteer in population control, women's education and empowerment.

 

A maternity center is set up with 40 rural women in distress.

 

According to the scheme submitted by the borrower, interest free loans ranging from Rs. 3,000 / - to Rs. 5,000 / - are given to each member.

Applications in the prescribed form have to be submitted to the disabled person who has been identified in the Upazila / City Social Service Office through the surveyed and prescribed doctor / consultant. After the verification, the concerned union social worker presented the documents along with the documents to the Upazila Social Service Officer and the approval was obtained. Documents, certificates and identity cards of the disabled person along with the relevant documents are sent to the Deputy Director at the District Social Service Office for final approval. After getting approval from the district office, the service is provided to the disabled person directly or through the upazila  city ​​social service office. Through this certificate , the disabled people get all the facilities including government jobs.

Integrated visually impaired education activities

Integrated visually impaired education activities

Resource teacher

Interested parents have to submit the application along with the resource teacher / deputy director in the prescribed form. The concerned resource teacher prepares the list of applications received and selects the visually impaired students through the meeting of the admission committee. Admission is then completed by informing the applicant. Admitted children are educated in Braille with the general students at the designated educational institution and the resource teacher supervises the teaching. All expenses related to accommodation, food and medical care for the admitted visually impaired students are borne by the Department of Social Services.

Seats are subject to vacancy at the beginning of the academic year.
