Union council activities

For the purpose of performing the functions of the council, a permanent committee shall be constituted for each of the following matters, namely: - (a) money and establishment; (b) audit and accounting; (c) tax assessment and collection; (d) Education, health And family planning; (e) agricultural, fisheries and livestock and other economic development works; (f) development, conservation, maintenance, etc. of rural infrastructure; (g) law-breaking rock (J) Birth and death registration, (i) Sanitation, water supply and sewerage (j) Social welfare and prevention management; (k) Environmental development, protection of environment and tree planting; (l) Family dispute resolution, women and child welfare (In relation to Chittagong residents, not applicable); (d) Culture and sports.
