Mr.,

With due respect, I submit that I am a permanent resident of Bangankha Union No. 6 around you. The marriage was solemnized with the son of Md. Siraj Miah of Battali Samatma's house in ward no. 07 of your union. At present we have a 6 year old daughter Samatman and another boy Samatman was born on 26-08-2013.

Early in our marriage, he had a keen eye on my husband's family. But lately, the defendant does not have any concern for my family and my peers. He doesn't listen even when I tell him. So much so that I fell in love with my family. I conclude that the defendant returned home drunk many nights. When I talk about family, he asks me to bring money from my father's house. So I brought money to the defendant a few times, thinking about our world. So many conflicts stay good for a while, again creating animosity. But I endure all these oppressions of the defendant and I stay in the house of the defendant. When I told the defendant all these things about the world, he came to me in a state of intoxication at night and beat me severely and tortured me endlessly. So I went to my father's house to save my life.

Therefore, my humble prayer to you is that I seek your only justice and humility for how to bring back from the hands of the wreckage of a world.

Mr.,

I am a permanent resident of Bangankha Union No. 6 near you. Mukta Begum alias Sharmin, daughter of Md. Shahjalal of Baralia Boxi Bari (Jugi Bari) No. 1 of your union, was officially married to Delwar Hossain, son of Jamadar Bari of Radhanpur village, Bangankha Union No. 6, 07 (seven) months ago. But the defendants deceived us and had a secret relationship with Defendant No. 1 before Parpuramnas which is kept secret from us. After marriage, my son went abroad. A few days after my son Delwar Hossain left, Defendant No. 1 Mukta Begum alias Sharmin went to visit her father's house. And on the way out my son took the money and gold ornaments given to him. Defendant No. 1 Mukta Begum alias Sharmin stayed at her father's house for some time. Defendant No. 1 Mukta Begum alias Sharmin and my wife and I returned to him. Conflicts No. 2 and No. 3 are repeated. As a result, Defendant No. 1 Mukta Begum alias Sharmin made it clear that she would not come to our house again. So I told them about it to a local dignitary and a member of Baralia 1st ward Alamgir Hossain, marriage gutak and many others. At one stage of the notification, Defendant No. 2 and Defendant No. 3 informed us through family that Defendant No. 1 Mukta Begum alias Sharmin would not come to our house again, and if she was sent to our house, she would commit suicide.

In this case, Defendants No. 2 and No. 3 give us hope that the matter will be resolved within 3 (three) days. But before the matter was settled for 3 (three) days, on 08/09/2013, the 1st Defendant Mukta Begum alias Sharmin secretly fled with her former relative Parpuramnas. Defendant No. 2 Defendant Mukta Begum alias Sharmin was rescued and brought back with huge amount of money. Which we know secretly.

Therefore, I humbly pray to you to return the money of my son, including the goldsmith of our marriage, to the No. 1 defendant Mukta Begum alias Sharmin, and I ask for your unconditional justice and humility for why he cheated with us.

 Mr.,

Yours sincerely, I am a permanent resident of Chhotajib Nagar village of Khilpara Union No. 9 near you. I am a very ordinary and poor girl. My father married me on 21-09-1998 with great difficulty. Ever since my marriage, my husband has verbally abused and beaten me. In this way, he started torturing me physically and mentally day by day. So this is a few times rural arbitration. But nothing has changed.

Since my marriage, my poor father has spent Rs. 50,000 / - (fifty thousand rupees) on a single spot, and my poor father has spent Rs. 50,000 / - to Rs. 60,000 / - on the wedding ceremony. Defendant also used various excuses to buy more than Rs. 15,000 / - to Rs. 20,000 / -. This did not change anything. Later, the defendant forced me to bring Rs. 15,000 / - by beating and torturing me to bring money from my father's house.

Suddenly another beat me up and tortured me so I went to my father's house. 4 years have passed since that arrival. For the last 4 years he has not inquired about me.

Therefore, I humbly pray that you summon the defendant to your court and seek his only justice and will.
